Payments to CTHOA
The Chan Tha Home Owners Association (CTHOA) will be the formal receiver of the ANNUAL FEE's paid from the citizens to cover shared common expenses. CTHOA's elected board will take care of all financial assets and they are responsible to the annual meeting.
The current members of the board can be viewed in the leftmost column of all web pages in this site, with names, e-mail and telehone number.
There may be two reasons to pay money to CTHOA. 1): Every year the board decide an annual fee which is invoiced to all farang citizens of Chan Tha, whether they have declared their membership or not (please see "The Seven Basic Rules of Chan Tha"). So ANNUAL FEE is one of the payment types. Then there may be: 2): additional projects where shared paid costs has been decided (e.g. pavement of roads or other),
In both cases you may pay to our Thai, Swedish or Norwegian account. Even reciding in Denmark, England, Russia or other country, it might be easier to pay to a Scandinavian country than to pay to Thailand - so it is all your choice. PAYMENTS must be ordinary SWIFT, when paying to Thailand. To Norway or Seden you can use IBAN-based payment.
NORGE + SVERIGE + DANMARK: Du kan ikke bruke forenklet betaling til utlandet (lavpris) når du betaler til Thailand. Det kan kun benyttes til land som har innført IBAN-nummer. ETTER AT DU HAR BETALT - send en e-mail til info@chan-tha.com og fortell HVEM som har betalt, hvilken dato det ble betalt en unik ID som f.eks. ditt property-nummer. Du kan også bruke vårt KONTAKT-SKJEMA i stedet for e-mail for å melde betaling.
 AFTER YOU HAVE PAID - please send an e-mail to info@chan-tha.com and confirm WHO has paid on WHICH date. Also give your PROPERTY number - or other unique ID. You may also use the CONTACT-FORM to inform about payments.
